Simple to Couple Together 
The extremely stiff tow bar means optimal energy transfer from the bicycle to the trailer, and it can be adjusted to three settings in one simple step (For 26-inch and 28-inch wheels, and in pushchair position). Included in the price is a Becco coupling.
Secure Mounting of the Individual Wheels
The aluminium wheels mounted on both sides have optimum running characteristics. With a clever quick-tightening fastener, it is easy to always install them in the right position.
Cushioning Seat Suspension
A chassis suspension with flat springs has an extremely negative effect on bicycle riding: Unpleasant rocking occurs when pedalling, and that disrupts and robs you of energy. That is why the Leggero Vento has seat suspension which uniformly controls and cushions the two individual seats – and thus also protects the spines of your children. Since the seats are individually spring-mounted, any weight differences of the two children are individually absorbed. The very stiff chassis has allowed us to achieve very good driving characteristics, direction stability and direct transfer of energy.
Removable Seats
The seats can be easily taken out of the Vento. This way, in no time at all, the Vento can be made into a practical and multi-purpose transport trailer. It has many ideal uses even as one-seater. That provides even more storage space in addition to the trunk space, which is already quite generous.
Design
Vento means wind. Its unique, bold design is inspired by the sport of sailing. This is a major difference between our newest model and earlier Leggero models and competitors’ products. The colour white is our statement against gaudy razzle-dazzle.
But white is also more than just a trend: White is one of the most easily recognizable colours in road traffic.
Because of a special treatment, the high-tech material is extremely dirt repellent.
Safety
5-Point Belt System
The innovative, 5-point belt system, which is attached to both of the spring-mounted pilot seats, is very easy to operate. The back and pelvis belts can each be adjusted to three settings (1-3 years, 2-4 years, and 3-5 years).
Sturdy Rollbar
Thanks to a sturdy rollbar, which, in addition to the side tubes, can withstand very high loads, the child is fully and optimally protected in case of an accident. Also the seats provide much hold on the sides.
Good Visibility
In terms of safety, white, as full, uninterrupted area, is one of the most conspicuous colours in road traffic. The specially treated, high-tech material is extremely dirt repellent. All coatings are non-toxic so they are not harmful to children in any way. With the many reflectors, the white fabric, and the rotating reflectors in the spokes, the Vento offers the best possible visibility in road traffic. The safety level can be raised additionally with active lighting (accessory).
Production Strategy
The Leggero Vento is a Swiss brand-name product. The social enterprise, Brüggli, produces it in Romanshorn and markets it directly from the plant. That is bold – at least in respect to retailers and their margin structures. It means that importers and retailers don’t receive anything. That allows us to make entirely different calculations. And you are the one who benefits from that.
Price Strategy

Statement from Tribekraft on the Collaboration between Tribecraft and Brüggli
Tribecraft is an innovation partner in the product’s development: From the analysis through to conceptualization, right to production in series, everything is done by designers and engineers working closely together. Originally founded as spin-off of The Center of Product Development at the ETH Zurich, today we are active in areas such as mobility, medical technology, consumer goods and mechanical engineering.
Über die Jahre hat sich eine spannende Zusammenarbeit zwischen Brüggli und Tribecraft etabliert. Produkte wie die „Dogbox“ oder der „Leggero Vento“ zeugen davon. An exciting collaboration has developed over the years between Brüggli and Tribecraft. Products like the “Dogbox” or the “Leggero Vento” are evidence of this. Here, special emphasis is placed on complementing each other in terms of competence. Beginning with the mutual definition of goals, Tribecraft works in coordination with Brüggli in analysis, conceptualization, design, simulation and construction. Prototype production is planned together, and the construction of the parts for series production is done at Tribecraft.
As client and producer, Brüggli takes care of marketing, supplier selection, production and sales. Constant coordination makes it possible for the special requirements from Brüggli on production and assembly to flow into the development.
What we appreciate in Brüggli is the courage to innovate, the intensive exchange of ideas, and the matter-of-fact way in which social responsibility is linked to industrial know-how.
